We have urgent opening for Assistant manager Trainer with reputed Old Gems & Jewellery company.

**Need 3 years or above experience in Content creator & Soft skills.**

**(Note

Location - Seepz Andheri East. Office Hours - 8 am to 5 pm in a Year. CTC- 8 LPA

**Content Development**
- Develop high-quality training content (presentations, training manuals, job aids, assessments etc.)
- Maintain content quality standards required per program
- Ensure content is designed for effective adult learning by incorporating various methods (case studies, simulations, videos, assessments etc.) as appropriate.
- **Content Delivery**:

- Maintain trainer feedback scores of over (4/5) indicating effective content delivery and training facilitation
- Deliver **training programs (soft skills/ Behavioural) per mont**h with Targets, ensuring participant satisfaction rates of over 4 out of 5
- Propose and pilot innovations per year in training delivery methods (gamification, mobile learning etc.) to drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct Workshops on First time Managers / Train the Trainer/ Leadership bases training.
- **Employee Relationship Management**:

- Assess the training needs ( TNI) from the Reporting Managers/ HOD’s
- Build strong relationship with Employees to promote trainings
- **Administration & Governance**:

- Ensure 100% compliance with internal governance, quality and information security policies for training function
- Track and maintain training metrics related to quality, delivery, satisfaction, effectiveness etc.
- Manage the training budget and aim to deliver all programs within budgeted cost
- **Training Logistics**:

- Ensuring training materials and programs meet learning objectives and comply with regulations and quality standards
- Coordinating training logistics including scheduling classes, reserving facilities, arranging equipment rentals, etc

CTC- 8 Lacs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per month
