**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the best marble and home décor products.
- **Sales Execution**: Drive sales by providing detailed product information, offering recommendations, and closing sales effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our marble and home décor offerings, including features, benefits, and trends.
- **Showroom Maintenance**: Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring stock levels, restocking displays, and managing inventory.
- **Customer Service**: Provide post-purchase support and build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the marble, home décor, or related industries.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for home décor, design, and aesthetics.
- Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and showroom organization.
