**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide personalized service to customers by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget. Offer expert advice on jewellery products, designs, and materials.
- **Sales Performance**: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance. Actively upsell and cross-sell jewellery and accessories.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with the latest jewellery trends, collections, and features. Be knowledgeable about diamonds, gemstones, metals, and various jewellery types.
- **Inventory Management**: Ensure jewellery displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. Help with stock checks and assist in replenishing inventory as needed.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Help maintain an attractive store layout and displays that highlight new products and promotions.
- **Client Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Provide information about warranties, care instructions, and services like resizing or engraving.
- **Sales Transactions**: Process customer purchases, handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, and issue receipts. Ensure accuracy during the checkout process.
- **Security and Loss Prevention**: Ensure the security of the store and jewellery items, following all company policies and procedures for loss prevention.
- **Promotions & Marketing**: Participate in store promotions, events, and special offers to attract customers.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, fashion, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic mathematical skills for handling transactions and sales calculations.
- Passion for jewellery and an understanding of industry trends.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise, with some heavier items requiring assistance.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly rate or salary, with commission-based incentives based on sales performance.
- Employee discounts on jewellery items.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:
