**EXPERIENCE MUST IN RETAIL FIELD**
- 1. GOOD AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
- 2. SHOWROOM ADMINISTRATION
- 3. DEVELOPING THE SHOWROOM STRATEGIES TO RAISE THE INFLOW OF CUSTOMERS AND OPTIMIZE PROFITIBALITY.
- 4. HIRING, EDUCATING AND MOTIVATING STAFF IN PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE.
- 5. HANDLING RETURNS, DEALING WITH CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS IN EFFECTIVE AND POLITE MANNER.
- 6. PROPOSE INNOVATIVE IDEAS TO INCREASE MARKET SHARE.
- 7. MAINTAIN SHOWROOM WITH DISCIPLINE, ORDER AND CLEAN.
- **EXPERIENCE 3+ YEARS IN RELEVANT FIELD**

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
