In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our digital marketing services, and closing sales over the phone. **Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Generation & Outreach**: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote our digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.Your AI Recruiter for end-to-end Hiring+2Internships & Jobs+2SimplyHired+2
- **Client Engagement**: Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the benefits of our services.Internships & Jobs
- **Sales Conversion**: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into clients through persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system, ensuring follow-ups and client information are up-to-date.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach strategies and share insights on client feedback and market trends.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and services to effectively address client inquiries and objections.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Minimum of a 12th-grade pass; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is advantageous.SimplyHired
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in tele sales, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.

- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Salary**: ₹12,000-₹25,000 per month, commensurate with experience.SimplyHired
