**Your Mission**:
As a **Telesales Executive**, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping them unlock the power of digital marketing. Your role is to generate leads, pitch services, and close deals with confidence and charisma.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consultative Selling**: Understand client needs and offer tailored marketing solutions that drive results.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential clients through research and strategic outreach.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress using CRM tools.
- **Achieve & Exceed Targets**: Meet monthly sales goals and earn lucrative commissions.
- **Collaborate & Grow**: Work closely with the marketing and strategy teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

**What You Bring**:
✔ **Proven sales experience** (Telesales, Inside Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales preferred).
✔ **Excellent communication & persuasion skills**—you know how to turn conversations into conversions.
✔ **Basic knowledge of digital marketing** (SEO, PPC, Social Media) is a plus—but we’ll train you
