Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic Telesales Representative Female to contribute to our company’s sales efforts. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for closing verifying & leads/sales deals over the phone and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle objections will be key to your success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products or services using predefined scripts.
- Answer questions about our offerings and the company.
- Work on leads verifying them and passing to the sales team.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when necessary.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders accurately.
- Handle grievances to maintain the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quotas and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales, noting useful information.

Requirements and Skills:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Track record of successfully meeting sales quotas, preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection calmly.
- Outstanding negotiation skills to resolve issues and address complaints.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
