Working Days: Monday To Saturday, Last Sunday working

Shift timing: (10am-7pm, 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm)

Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated and target-driven Tele Collection Executives to join our dynamic team. The role involves contacting customers to remind them of their pending EMIs, facilitating loan recovery, and ensuring timely debt collection through polite and professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers with overdue EMIs or loans.
- Politely remind customers to make timely payments.
- Explain EMI payment options and resolve basic queries regarding dues.
- Update the system with call details, follow-up dates, and payment status.
- Coordinate with the collection team for on-ground follow-up if needed.
- Ensure recovery targets are met on a daily/monthly basis.
- Handle customer objections and disputes tactfully.
- Maintain professionalism and compliance with all company and regulatory standards.

Key Skills Required:

- Good communication and negotiation skills (Hindi proficiency is a must; English is a plus).
- Basic understanding of financial products like loans and EMIs.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet recovery targets.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in tele-calling, collections, or customer service preferred.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
