**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sell a range of insurance products (life, health, auto, home, etc.) to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify client needs and provide customized insurance solutions.
- Educate clients about the benefits and features of different insurance plans.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and target potential leads.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, insurance regulations, and new product offerings.
- Ensure all sales practices are ethical, compliant with legal standards, and follow company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or in a similar sales role.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, services, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Insurance certification/licensure as required by local regulations (if applicable).
