Travel and Logistics Admin
**Job Description**:
**Salary**: 25,000 - 30,000 INR per month
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating and arranging travel plans for employees and clients, including booking airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation, and other necessary arrangements.
- Liaising with travel agents, airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure that all travel arrangements align with the preferences and requirements of employees and clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to employees and clients throughout the travel process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate records of travel expenses, including costs, receipts, and relevant documentation.
- Assisting in the preparation of travel reports, compiling summaries of expenses and other pertinent information.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends and developments in travel management, and offering recommendations for cost-effective travel solutions.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel coordination or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Keen attention to detail and the capacity to work independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with travel management software is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
