**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**
sourcing new sales through inbound leads, working directly with potential customers to understand their needs, and closing sales throughout the year.
**As the **Executive Renewal** you will**:
- Set up meetings, ensures the sales personnel is equipped with necessary information.
- Generate weekly MIS reports & dashboards and track orders Booked, billed etc.
- Persistently follows up with client in a clear & timely manner to ensure PO received, timely submission of invoices for collections
- Manages administrative procedures in sales processes and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
- Prepares offers in coordination with the Sales and Business team.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**
**The ideal **Executive Renewal**:
- Graduate in any field.
- 4-5 years experience in sales Co-ordination support
- Fluent in English - written and verbal; Self-motivated.
- Strong cross functional collaboration skills & experiences
- Computer skills: MS-Word, Excel
