**Job description of Admission Executive**

**Reports to: Admission Officer/Counselor**

**Salary Range :16k to 18k on seasonal contract or permanent basis**
- any graduation with minimum 3ys experience
- knowledge of admissions policies and procedures
- maintains correspondence with applicants, assemble, and organize data to prepare reports.
- travel 5-10 times a year for fairs, exhibitions, and any other outreach activities.
- plan and execute activities, and generate sales leads and reach.
- should have a strong interest in counselling parents and be highly motivated
- good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- map out potential sources of student admissions.
- **prior field or sales experience mandatory**:

- will be involved in cold calling.
- enthusiastic to learn new concepts/practices.
- network at local level and do regular follow ups with them.
- dealing with day-to-day student’s queries
- result oriented with an ability to create a positive environment.

**Skills required**
- client centric/interactive/problem solving attitude.
- good interpersonal skills
- follow and guide all the admission process effectively
- able to build a good relationship with parents and students
- good knowledge of computers and the internet.
- must be patient and pay attention to details
- emotionally intelligent salesperson
- should be of pleasing personality.

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
