**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments through outbound calls. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and contributing to the overall success1 of our sales efforts. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or generated lists.
- Clearly and effectively communicate our products/services and their benefits to prospects.
- Identify and qualify potential leads based on their needs and interests.
- Build rapport and establish relationships with prospects.
- Overcome objections and effectively handle rejections.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team to conduct further presentations or close deals.
- Accurately record call outcomes and prospect information in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, and appointments set.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve overall business objectives.
- Adhere to all company policies and ethical sales practices.
**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a customer-facing role is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
