We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products or services, generate leads, and drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.
- Present and explain our products or services to potential customers effectively.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and address any questions or concerns.
- Follow scripted pitches and guidelines while adapting communication style to individual customers.
- Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the database.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or escalation as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
