**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for architectural projects.
- Collaborate with architects, project engineers, and clients to understand project requirements.
- Create realistic 3D visualizations for interiors and exteriors of projects.
- Ensure designs adhere to project specifications and construction standards.
- Work on material and texture detailing for accurate representations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as **AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, and Revit**.
- Strong understanding of architectural design and detailing.
- Ability to create realistic lighting, textures, and materials in 3D renders.
- Knowledge of animation and walkthrough creation is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in **Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field**.
- Certification in 3D visualization or related software is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in 3D visualization and rendering for architectural projects.

Pay: ₹11,292.01 - ₹28,094.16 per month
