**Job Description: IT Infrastructure
- Wintel**

**Job Overview**:
The IT Infrastructure Wintel Team is responsible for providing technical support for service requests

and day-to-day operations within the infrastructure domain. The role involves ensuring that support

tasks are carried out professionally, efficiently, and promptly. The team will manage a range of

platforms, web platforms, and more. This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise

in Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as a solid background in infrastructure

management and service delivery.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
1. Install, configure, and manage software, hardware, and servers, including vendorspecific

components.

2. Oversee the installation and management of critical services such as On-prem Active Directory

and Azure Active Directory.

3. Manage and configure Single Sign-On solutions like ADFS and Okta.

5. Install and manage Thin Client solutions, such as Citrix.

6. Oversee the management of the Certificate Authority (CA) service.

7. Install, configure, and manage DNS and DHCP services.

8. Ensure smooth installation and configuration of Windows and Linux operating systems.

9. Lead the management and configuration of web platforms, including IIS and Tomcat.

10.Oversee the management of Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools like Saviynt.

11.Manage the Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).

12. Install and manage a centralized patch management solution.

13.Monitor system performance and carry out maintenance activities as per requirements.

14. Lead efforts to maintain accurate asset inventory records for servers.

15. Troubleshoot system issues and outages, providing timely resolutions.

16. Implement access controls, perform backups, and manage restoration jobs to ensure system

security.

17.Coordinate third-party support as needed and manage vendor relationships.

**Qualifications**:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Computer Science (B.E./B.Tech) or

equivalent.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in IT infrastructure management

and support.

3. Certifications: Relevant Microsoft and Linux certifications are required to demonstrate technical

proficiency.

4. Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, including installation and

configuration.

5. Extensive experience with server management, both hardware and software aspects.

6. Proficiency in managing identity and access management solutions like On-prem and Azure Active

Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, and IAM tools.

8. Experience with Thin Client solutions, such as Citrix, and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)

platforms.

9. Knowledge of web platforms like IIS and Tomcat.

10.Ability to lead and mentor a technical team, driving collaboration and skill development.

11. Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues and outages promptly.

12. Strong security mindset and understanding of access control and backup processes.

13. Effective vendor and third-party support management skills.

14. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

15. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

**Salary**: ₹300,153.54 - ₹1,299,086.33 per year
