- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale, ensuring that both the company and customer needs are met.
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing ongoing support.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize retention.
- Conduct site visits, in-person meetings, and cold calls to build relationships and increase sales.
- Offer after-sales support and troubleshoot issues as needed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Territory Management**
- Manage and optimize an assigned geographic area or territory by planning and scheduling client visits, meetings, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Conduct regular market visits, ensuring your presence is well-established and fostering trust with potential clients.
- Assess the market, competitors, and customer needs to ensure sales opportunities are maximized.
- Create and maintain an organized database of all clients, prospects, and leads using CRM software.
**Sales Reporting & Forecasting**
- Provide regular sales reports and updates on lead generation, pipeline status, sales activities, and overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales progress, forecasts, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to set and review sales targets, strategies, and action plans.
- Track sales trends, analyze results, and adjust strategies to meet targets or improve performance.
**Product Knowledge & Training**
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and competitive advantages to clients.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest product offerings, market trends, and industry best practices.
- Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to improve skills and product understanding.
- Share customer feedback and insights with the product development or marketing teams to help improve offerings.
**Marketing Support & Promotion**
- Assist with promotional activities, events, and trade shows to promote products and services in the field.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement strategies that drive sales growth.
- Provide input on marketing materials, promotional strategies, and campaigns based on client feedback.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
