**Job Title: Enrolment Development**

**Job Summary**:
The **Enrolment Development** is responsible for managing all marketing and counseling activities across centers within the assigned area. This role includes driving foot traffic, managing admissions, and overseeing the training and development of center counselors. The manager will work closely with franchisees to enhance recruitment, marketing strategies, and counseling processes, ensuring successful enrollments and smooth operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing and Counseling Oversight**: Coordinate and manage all marketing and counseling events and initiatives at assigned centers.
- **Strategy Development**: Create strategies to increase footfall and admissions in the assigned area.
- **Franchisee Support**: Assist franchisees in recruiting center counselors in line with company goals.
- **Counselor Training**: Onboard and train counselors, ensuring they understand the company’s vision, mission, and expectations.
- **Documentation Support**: Ensure counselors maintain essential documents like Enquiry and Admission forms, providing guidance on their usage.
- **Center Site Visits**: Regularly visit center sites to provide feedback on ambiance, teaching aids, and photo displays, recommending improvements to enhance conversion rates.
- **Business Partner Briefing**: Educate business partners on the Marketing Reimbursement Policy, help them understand its terms and assist in creating annual marketing plans.
- **Marketing Strategies**: Develop and implement marketing strategies with business partners to drive inquiries and foot traffic.
- **Admission Inquiries**: Actively generate inquiries and work to convert them into visits at the centers.
- **Financial Management**: Ensure timely payment of amounts due from franchisees as per the agreed schedule.

**NOTE: THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO BOTH MALE AND FEMALE CANDIDATES.**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
