Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. As an Admissions/Visa Officer, you will be responsible for managing the admissions and visa processes for prospective students. Your role will involve assessing applications, conducting interviews, and assisting students with visa applications. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on student's educational journeys and help them achieve their international study goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Application Processing: Reviewing and processing student applications for universities and colleges worldwide.
  • Student Guidance: Providing information and guidance to students on admission requirements, courses, and academic institutions.
  • Documentation: Ensuring all necessary documents are collected and submitted accurately.
  • Communication: Maintaining regular communication with students, educational institutions, and other stakeholders.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate records and utilizing our software systems effectively.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Previous experience working in admissions or visa processing
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Understanding of the international education industry
  • Freshers are welcome to apply, but preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
