Follow up with leads and convert them into successful admissions.
- Maintain and update records in the CRM system.
- Assist in organizing and participating in open houses, webinars, and other recruitment events.
- Counsel students on career opportunities and course selection.
- Meet and exceed admission targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education, Marketing, Psychology preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in student counselling, customer service, or sales (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated to meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in educational institutions or edtech companies.
- Knowledge of international admission processes (if applicable).
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
