**JOB Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Recruitment and Outreach**:

- Represent the educational institute at college fairs, high school visits, and other recruitment events.
- Conduct information sessions for prospective students and their families.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high school counselors and other external stakeholders.
- **Application Review**:

- Provide recommendations on admissions decisions based on academic qualifications and other relevant factors.
- **Guidance and Support**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families, answering questions and providing information about the admissions process, academic programs, and campus life.
- **Interviews and Assessments**:

- Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their suitability for admission and understand their educational goals.
- Evaluate applicants' academic and extracurricular achievements and provide feedback to the admissions committee.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant information and admissions decisions.
- **Event Planning**:

- Plan and execute admissions events such as open houses and information sessions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful events.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Analyze admissions data to identify trends and inform recruitment strategies.
- Prepare reports for the Director of Admissions and other stakeholders.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay informed about changes in admissions policies and practices.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
