**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment**:

- Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students.
- Conduct outreach to high schools, community colleges, and other organizations.
- Attend college fairs, information sessions, and other recruitment events.
- **Application Evaluation**:

- Conduct interviews with prospective students and assess their fit for the institution.
- Make admissions recommendations based on established criteria.
- **Student Advising**:

- Provide guidance to prospective students and their families on the admissions process, financial aid, and academic programs.
- Assist students in understanding admission requirements and deadlines.
- **Data Management**:

- Collaborate with the admissions team to analyze data and improve recruitment strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with academic departments to stay informed about program offerings and updates.
- Coordinate campus tours and information sessions for prospective students.
- Partner with financial aid staff to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build relationships with high school counselors and community organizations.
- Represent the institution at community events and workshops.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in the admissions process.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (required).
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, or higher education preferred.
- Strong understanding of the admissions process and student demographics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
