Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) for an Admission Counselor in a K12 School:
Admission and Enrollment

2. Conduct tours, interviews, and assessments for prospective students.

3. Provide information on school programs, curriculum, and policies.

4. Counsel parents and students on admission requirements and procedures.

Communication and Relationship Building

1. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective families, ensuring timely communication.

3. Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, and staff to ensure seamless admission process.

4. Foster positive relationships with feeder schools, educational consultants, and community partners.

Marketing and Outreach

1. Participate in school fairs, open houses, and other recruitment events.

2. Develop and implement admission marketing strategies.

3. Manage social media and online presence to attract prospective families.

4. Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

Data Management and Analysis

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date admission records and databases.

2. Track and analyze admission data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

3. Provide regular admission reports to school administrators.

Customer Service

1. Ensure exceptional customer service to prospective and current families.

2. Address concerns and resolve issues promptly.

3. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Other Responsibilities

1. Stay updated on school policies, programs, and curriculum.

2. Participate in professional development to enhance admission skills.

3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with school goals.

Performance Metrics

2. Enrollment numbers and revenue growth.

3. Parent satisfaction surveys.

4. Timeliness and accuracy of admission processes.

5. Relationship building and community engagement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
