**Position Title**: Leasing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Marketing**:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and online listings.
- Utilize social media and other digital platforms to reach a broader audience.
- **Property Tours and Presentations**:

- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and amenities.
- Provide detailed information about the properties, including pricing, availability, and lease terms.
- **Lease Negotiation and Administration**:

- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants.
- Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Facilitate the signing of lease agreements and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- **Tenant Relations**:

- Maintain positive relationships with existing tenants, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to stay updated on current real estate trends and competitor offerings.
- Analyze market data to adjust pricing strategies and improve leasing performance.
- **Reporting and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, including lead tracking, lease agreements, and tenant communications.
- Prepare regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market trends for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leasing, sales, or property management.
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market and property laws.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,299.44 per month
