**Profile Introduction**:
As a Store Incharge at our Pizza Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the store. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's daily activities, maintaining high-quality standards, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- **Customer Service**:

- Foster a customer-centric environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Place orders and coordinate with suppliers.
- Conduct regular stock audits to minimize wastage.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Schedule and manage employee shifts.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor sales and set targets.
- Control costs and maximize profitability.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure food quality and adherence to recipes.
- Conduct regular quality checks.
- Implement improvements based on feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
