**Peraj Insurance Brokers**is urgently looking for an **Executive Assistant**in **Mumbai.**

An Executive Assistant (EA) is a professional responsible for providing high-level administrative support to executives, typically at the senior or C-suite level. The role requires a combination of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

**Key Responsibility**:
1. **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Take notes and minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.

2. **Travel and Event Coordination**:

- Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Plan and coordinate executive events, conferences, or business trips.
- Handle expense reporting and budget management.

3. **Communication and Liaison**:

- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence on behalf of the executive.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.

4. **Project Management**:

- Support the execution of special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Conduct research and provide summaries or recommendations for decision-making.

5. **Confidentiality and Discretion**:

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Handle delicate matters with professionalism and discretion.

6. **General Office Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist with HR and team-related activities as needed (e.g., onboarding, training).

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Strong Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Time Management**: Able to manage time efficiently, balancing executive needs and other tasks.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency with office software, project management tools, and communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and careful attention to detail.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify issues and resolve them quickly and effectively.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

**Educational Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is typically required, often with 3-5 years of experience.

This role is key in ensuring that executives can focus on strategic leadership by managing the day-to-day tasks and administrative duties that support their success.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
