We are a leading women's ethnic wear brand, offering a wide range of stylish and elegant clothing. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team at our Adyar, Chennai store.

**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge. You will work closely with the store management team to achieve sales targets, visual merchandising standards, and customer satisfaction goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing personalized service and recommendations
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, as set by the management team
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Maintain a clean and organized store, adhering to company standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and preferences

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a fashion/apparel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in Tamil and English (spoken and written)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
