**Position Summary**:
As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and expert product knowledge. You will assist customers in selecting beauty products that best meet their needs and help create a welcoming and engaging shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide personalized assistance to customers, understanding their beauty needs and recommending suitable products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, products, and techniques to effectively educate and inform customers.
- **Sales Goals**: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Help maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- **Training**: Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty and a keen interest in current trends.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
