**Job Title ** Product Expert /Beauty Advisor/ Beauty consultant

**Education** 12th/Graduation or equivalent.

**Experience
- **06- 1 years in beauty products or make up/ or should have certificate of more than 6 months in beauty products, if your a fresher.

**Role Summary: -**

To provide world class customer service by helping customers finds the products that meet their needs and sell customers as many products as possible. This involves suggesting products, explaining how products work, demonstrating how to use products, performing makeovers. Product experts may have to meet sales goals, build customer relations through follow-up calls and messages, Build new customers, stock shelves and organize sales areas. Should have knowledge about cosmetics, skin and hair care products

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Sales & ABV target
- Customer requirements
- Customer service
- BA grooming, timings & briefing
- Store standards & hygiene
- Maintain Organizational standards & policies
- Customer conversion
- Customer complaints
- Expiry check
- Tot implementation

**Critical Success Factors for the role: -**

1) Customer service

2) Selling skills

3) Customer conversion

**Technical: - **Basic system knowledge. Make over, skin care, products & Brands knowledge

**Behavioural: - **Grooming, Discipline, Punctuality. Good communication skills & behaviour.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
