**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Application Review and Verification**:

- Verify the authenticity of documents submitted by applicants, including passports, invitations, and financial records.
- Ensure that applicants meet the eligibility criteria for visa issuance, including assessing the purpose of travel, financial stability, and ties to the home country.
- **Processing Applications**:

- Conduct background checks on applicants, including criminal history and immigration history.
- **Customer Service and Communication**:

- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:

- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with privacy regulations.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with immigration authorities, embassies, consulates, and other governmental bodies as needed.
- Work closely with colleagues to meet visa processing goals and timelines.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Stay informed about changes in visa policies and regulations to ensure compliance.
- **Additional Duties**:

- Handle other administrative tasks related to visa processing as required.
- Participate in training and professional development programs to stay current with industry trends and changes in immigration laws.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field (preferred).
- Additional certification in immigration or visa processing (preferred).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a related field.
- Experience working with government or consulate services is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Familiarity with immigration laws and visa policies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and visa processing software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- **Attributes**:

- Professionalism and ability to work under pressure.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of individuals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
