Visa Processing Officer

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Visa Consultation and Documentation**:
- Provide detailed guidance on visa requirements and procedures for different countries.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of documents submitted by students.
- **Application Management**:
- Schedule visa appointments and coordinate with consulates or embassies as needed.
- **Compliance and Expertise**:
- Stay updated on visa policies, immigration regulations, and legal requirements for various countries.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues related to visa rejections or additional documentation requests.
- **Counseling and Support**:
- Address student queries regarding visa processes, timelines, and possible challenges.
- Provide personalized advice to students to improve the chances of visa approval.
- Offer pre-departure guidance related to visa usage and travel requirements.
- **Record-Keeping and Reporting**:
- Generate reports on visa success rates, processing times, and common challenges faced.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Work closely with internal teams, such as counselors and admissions officers, to ensure smooth student transitions.
- Liaise with consulates, embassies, and other relevant authorities for efficient visa processing.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
- **Experience**:
- Previous experience in visa processing, immigration services, or a study abroad firm is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of visa requirements for major study-abroad destinations (e.g., USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
