**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities: LinkedIn Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies tailored to the IT industry.
- Optimize the company's LinkedIn profile to enhance visibility and credibility.

**Content Creation & Management**:

- Create engaging and professional content (posts, articles, videos) for LinkedIn.
- Post regular updates to promote services, projects, and achievements.

**Lead Generation & Networking**:

- Use LinkedIn tools to identify and connect with potential clients or partners.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build professional relationships.

**Analytics & Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using LinkedIn analytics.
- Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align LinkedIn efforts with business goals.
- Coordinate with designers and writers for content development.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Fluency in **Telugu** and **English**.
- Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing or social media marketing.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and marketing tools.
- Basic knowledge of the IT industry will be an added advantage.
