**Role Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative **Digital Marketing Specialist** with at least 2 years of experience. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns—including Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and other social media initiatives—to enhance our brand presence, generate leads, and drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Strategy & Management**:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
- **Content Creation & Management**:
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content (posts, articles, videos) tailored to each platform.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep our digital presence vibrant and engaging.
- **Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization**:
- Use digital channels to identify and engage with potential clients and partners.
- Implement lead generation strategies and optimize conversion funnels to maximize the impact of our campaigns.
- **Research, Analysis & Reporting**:
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay informed about industry trends.
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Propose adjustments based on data-driven analysis to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:
- Work closely with sales, content, and design teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align with business objectives.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized campaign support.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Expertise in managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and implement optimizations.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities in both Telugu and English.
- A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Basic understanding of the IT industry is a plus.
