**JOB ROLE**:
**Role: Social Media Analyst - YouTube Marketing**

Are you a social media enthusiast with a passion for YouTube marketing? Do you have a knack for analyzing trends, creating engaging content, and driving impactful campaigns?

We're excited to invite an experienced Social Media Analyst to join our dynamic team

**Responsibilities**:

- _YouTube Strategy:_ Develop and execute innovative YouTube marketing strategies aligned with our brand goals and target audience.
- _Analytics: _Monitor, analyze, and report on YouTube channel performance using relevant metrics to drive optimization and growth.
- _Trend Analysis: _Stay updated with YouTube trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats to maximize visibility and engagement.
- _Collaboration:_ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate YouTube campaigns into our broader social media strategy.
- _Campaign Management:_ Manage end-to-end YouTube campaigns, from content creation to scheduling and engagement monitoring.
- _SEO Optimization:_ Implement YouTube SEO best practices to enhance discoverability and visibility of our channel and videos.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related Field.
- Proven experience in Social Media Marketing including Instagram & YouTube with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and channel growth.
- In-depth knowledge of YouTube analytics, SEO, algorithm dynamics, and content trends.
- Proniciency in using YouTube Analytics,
- Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
