**2. JOB PURPOSE**: Shift Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of the shift with world class guest experience in a safe & inviting environment for internal & External customers

Majority of time will be spent in leading the team to meet Guest expectations and Training new members in adherence to brand standards

**3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description**

**Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Experience**:

- To ensure self and team handles all Guest concerns during the shift

**5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS**:

- Hotel Management Degree/Diploma Or Graduation
- 1 Year of relevant experience in Retail/ QSR Industry at Managerial Level
- Appetite to learn quickly and work with a sense of urgency
- Result oriented, hands on approach, quick action approach
- Excellent Communication Skills, Team Building Skills & Problem Solving Skills
