**Job Description**:
**Technical skills**:

- India Payroll - end to end payroll processing including new joiner and resigned
- Strong in data validation, reconciliation, and analysis
- Thorough knowledge on Tax and Statutory around payroll
- Handling payroll related tax and statutory (PF, PT, ESIC and LWF) compliances - preparation, validation, filing through govt portal
- Documents checking - reimbursements / Tax proofs
- Employee query handling, handling issues work smartly, time and work management
- Retiral benefits (PF, NPS, Gratuity, Leave encashment, Superannuation fund etc)
- Computer proficiency - should be proficient in word, Excel, power point, working in network environment, payroll software etc
- Visiting regulatory authorities for closure of payroll compliance related issues around PF, PT, LWF and ESIC
- Knowledge on employee life cycle management and HR operations

**Soft skills**:

- Ability to handle confidential data in sensitive situation
- Strong communication skill - both written and verbal
- Well versed in data analytics, worked in payroll software and other govt portals
- Strong interpersonal skill, team management and capability of working independently
- Visiting client’s office for meeting and addressing issues

**Qualifications**:
Additional Information

Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience dedicatedly in payroll.
