Financial Associate Role

The Financial Associate position is a key role in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions by managing invoicing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to customers
  • Meet delivery timelines for invoicing
  • Enter invoices into customer websites
  • Submit invoices electronically via data interchange
  • Verify each field on invoices before submission
  • Maintain supporting documents and backups for invoices
  • Update invoice status in real-time
  • Maintain logs and reference files for invoicing and customer processes
  • Collaborate with payroll and invoicing teams to improve the invoicing process
  • Send out statements of accounts to customers
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with approved timesheets, resolving billing/payment mismatches and ensuring AR hygiene
  • Handle invoice rejections and credit/rebill requests
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial management and invoicing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table)
  • Good analytical and process knowledge
  • Strong accounting knowledge
