We are committed to providing exceptional products and services to our clients, and we are looking for a dedicated and experienced Wholesale Workwear Textile and Garments Sales and Store Keeper to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, queries, and concerns.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell related products.

**Inventory Management**:Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments of goods
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, ensuring adequate inventory is available.
Implement efficient stock rotation and storage practices.
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

**Order Fulfillment**:Prepare and package orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure orders are ready for delivery or pickup in a timely manner.
Coordinate with logistics and shipping partners to facilitate on-time deliveries.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay up-to-date with product information and industry trends.
Provide product recommendations and information to customers.
Offer assistance in selecting the right workwear solutions for clients.

**Administrative Tasks**:Use computer skills, especially in Excel, for record-keeping, reporting, and data analysis.
Assist in generating invoices, purchase orders, and sales reports.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- 12th passed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
