**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Trading Assistant. The Trading Assistant will be responsible for executing trades and analyzing financial markets. The Trading Assistant will also be responsible for communication with clients, gathering market information, and providing insights to traders.

**Qualifications**
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze market trends and make informed decisions based on data.
- **Trading Knowledge**: Knowledge of trading platforms and experience in executing trades.
- **Effective Communication**: Ability to communicate complex financial information to clients in a clear and concise manner.
- **Finance Knowledge**: Understanding of financial markets and financial products.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Inventory Management**:

- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
- Verify and record quantities of received stock.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid shortages and overstock situations.

**2. Order Processing**:

- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and label shipments for outgoing deliveries.
- Assist in order fulfillment processes to meet customer demands.

**3. Organization and Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom or warehouse.
- Arrange stock in an easily accessible manner.
- Report any damages, discrepancies, or stock shortages promptly.

**4. Documentation**:

- Update and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
- Generate reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and other relevant data.

**5. Communication**:

- Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding order status and discrepancies.
- **Experience : 1-2years**
- **Location: Chennai (Vadapalani)**
- **Shift : General (9.00 am to 6.00 pm)**
- **salary : 12k-15k**
- **preferred : Female**
