**Role Snapshot**

Own the full outbound motion—**call → qualify → demo/trial → convert**. You’ll explain Elixiir in simple, business-friendly language, handle objections with confidence, maintain clean CRM hygiene, and consistently hit monthly targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to MSME owners/managers (warm & cold leads)
- Pitch Elixiir’s AI benefits**:Google ranking, review replies, retention & loyalty**:

- Maintain accurate CRM entries: notes, next steps, statuses
- Achieve monthly goals (calls, demos, trials, conversions)
- Relay market feedback to Product, Onboarding & Growth teams

**What You’ll Bring**
- **Hindi fluency** with **working English** (clear, confident communication)
- Telesales / inside-sales experience preferred (B2B SMB a plus)
- High ownership, persistence, target orientation
- Comfortable with Google Sheets/CRM & WhatsApp Business
- 12th pass/Graduate; **immediate joiners preferred**
