Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident 
Telemarketer

to work with our real estate client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, introducing the client's real estate services, and generating interest in available properties. You will be the first point of contact for many potential customers, so strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and property buyers.
  • Present real estate offerings in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Schedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily and weekly targets set by the management team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, real estate, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in
    English, Hindi &. Bengali
    .
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable working with call scripts and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
