
Tally Support Executive

Roles and Responsibility,
- Handle client issues across various locations in India, addressing technical queries and other concerns related to Tally.
- Communicate with client dealers in multiple languages to provide solutions for product/service-related inquiries.
- Assign Tally Partners to clients' dealers as needed.
- Maintain a log of all calls handled (onsite, remote, or telephonic) and share it with the Reporting Manager daily.
- Ensure high-quality client support with mínimal turnaround time and a low rate of escalations.
- Train users on Tally, providing in-depth knowledge of its features and usage.
- Update the suite CRM with details of all calls and work completed.
- Achieve all delegated responsibilities within the minimum turnaround time.
Requirements,
- Excellent Communication Skills in English/Tamil/Hindi
- Any graduation with Experience of a minimum of 1 year in customer support
- Tally Knowledge or an Accounting background will be a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
