Invoice Generation and Processing: Prepare and process invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders using Tally. Financial Reporting: Assist in generating monthly and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. GST and TDS Management: Handle data entry for Goods and Services Tax (GST) and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS). Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records and inventory data. Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements with Tally records. Data Verification and Accuracy: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Compliance: Adhere to relevant accounting standards and tax regulations. Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in Tally ERP: Strong working knowledge of Tally software, including its features and functions. Basic Accounting Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices. Data Entry and Accuracy: Ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into Tally. Good Communication and Interpersonal
- Skills: Ability to collaborate with accounting and other departments. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
