Preschool Coordinator - Little Millennium (Lajpat Nagar, Kanpur)

We are looking for a Preschool Coordinator who is passionate about early childhood education and capable of managing day-to-day operations, academics, and parent relations at our centre.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring smooth functioning.

Monitor classroom activities and support teachers in implementing the Little Millennium curriculum.

Organize and coordinate events, celebrations, and parent engagement activities.

Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and discipline within the centre.

Counsel and guide parents, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.

Assist in admissions, enquiries, and ensure positive parent experiences.

Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to teaching/non-teaching staff.

**Requirements**:
Graduate / Postgraduate (Prior experience in Preschool or Early Childhood Education)

Prior experience in preschool as coordinator, centre head, admission counsellor or preschool teaching will be preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about working with young children and parents.

Ability to lead, organize, and multitask.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
