A Preschool Academic Coordinator develops and implements the curriculum, supervises teachers, mentors staff, conducts assessments, and coordinates with parents and administrators to ensure a high-quality, holistic educational experience for young children. Key responsibilities include enhancing instructional strategies, organizing professional development, ensuring child safety, and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Development**: Design, implement, and review the preschool curriculum to align with educational standards and promote child development.
- **Staff Support & Development**: Mentor and supervise teachers, provide feedback, and organize professional development workshops to improve teaching methodologies and classroom management.
- **Student Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- **Parent & Community Engagement**: Foster a supportive learning environment by engaging with parents and the community, encouraging their active participation in their child's education.
- **Administrative Coordination**: Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment, and manage records.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated on educational trends to incorporate innovative teaching techniques and technologies into the curriculum.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead initiatives that promote social-emotional learning and character development among students, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all children.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is typically required.
- **Experience**: At least 2-5 years of experience in early childhood education, often with proven leadership or supervisory experience, is beneficial.
- **Skills**: Strong leadership, excellent communication, organizational skills, deep understanding of child development, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are essential

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
