We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Academics Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of our preschool curriculum. This role is central to enhancing our educational programs and ensuring our young learners receive the best possible foundation in their early years.

**Key Responsibilities**
- _Curriculum Development_: Design and develop comprehensive curriculum, lesson plans, and activity plans tailored to early childhood education.
- _Program Implementation_: Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure effective implementation of educational programs.
- _Teacher Training and Mentoring_: Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for teachers to enhance their teaching skills and knowledge. Provide ongoing mentoring and support.
- _Assessment and Evaluation_: Monitor and assess the educational progress of children and the effectiveness of the curriculum. Implement changes to improve educational outcomes.
- _Teacher Recruitment and Onboarding_: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new teaching staff, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the educational goals of the preschool.
- _Parent Engagement_: Partner with Operational team to parents in the educational journey of their children, enhancing community and family involvement in our programs.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and teacher training preferably in an early childhood education setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all staff members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for education and a commitment to the development of young children.
