**Job Title: Academic Coordinator (Female Preferred)**

**Location**: Bangalore

**Position Type**: Full-time

As an Academy Coordination Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various administrative tasks, events, and communication channels within the Academy. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a background in school education to engage with students, parents, and staff members effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage all administrative tasks related to student enrollment, attendance, and academic records.
- Organize events, workshops, and activities, ensuring smooth execution and participation.
- Act as a liaison between students, parents, and management, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain effective communication channels.
- Assist in the development and implementation of academy policies, procedures, and educational programs.
- Handle scheduling of meetings, appointments, and parent-teacher conferences, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintain a presentable and welcoming environment for students, parents, and visitors, representing the academy in a professional manner at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Administration, or related field required.
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role within a school/academy or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
