We are hiring for a Sales Representative - BI & AI Solutions & Services to join our dynamic development team. Please find the Job Description below:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and Qualify Leads**: Proactively seek out and engage potential clients in need of BI and AI solutions. Conduct thorough needs analysis and qualify leads.
- **Develop Sales Strategies**: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Customize sales approaches to address specific client needs.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within client organizations.
- **Present Solutions**: Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of our BI and AI solutions& services, showcasing their value and potential impact on the client’s business.
- **Negotiate and Close Deals**: Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets. Ensure contracts and agreements are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with the marketing, delivery and customer support teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Stay Informed**: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging BI and AI technologies to effectively position our solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in BI, AI, or related technology solutions. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, data analytics, natural language processing).
- **Sales Skills**: Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
