**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Handle sales and distribution of tea products in the Indore region.

2. Build and manage strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and stockists.

3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base.

5. Ensure product availability, visibility, and good display in retail outlets.

6. Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.

7. Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams for smooth sales operations.

8. Submit regular sales reports to the management.

**Requirements**:
1. Graduate (minimum qualification).

2. Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG sales (local market knowledge of Indore is a must).

3. Strong network of distributors and retailers in Indore and nearby areas.

4. Good communication and negotiation skills.

5. Self-motivated and target-driven.

6. Own two-wheeler preferred.
