**Job Description**:

- Responsible for client acquisition and business development through direct/indirect sales.
- Work on leads generated by CRM team, digital marketing, referrals or any other source.
- Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/ return and liquidity profile.
- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by understanding the client requirements and mould the pitch as per the need.
- Be the first point for handling all client objections and negotiations.
- Work with marketing team in executing various promotional activities (ATL & BTL) as per territory and project requirement. Plan and send Whatsapp campaigns for promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key customers to ensure repeat and referral business on new as well as existing projects.
- Maintain strong funnel by taking initiative and exploring different lead generation techniques.

**Customer Delight**
- Help client in completing documentation and filling up of Booking forms, Agreements etc.
- Rapport building with Banks for facilitation of loans as required by the customers. Work with Banking representative at the site for query handling of customers.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE & SKILL SET**:

- Graduate/Postgraduate with proven work experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and passion for sales.
- A positive, confident and determined approach.
- Good Communication, Negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
